Terms of Service.

READPLAY is intended for youth footballers aged 9 to 17 and their parents or guardians. Players under 16 must have a parent or guardian's consent to create an account and use the platform. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree to use READPLAY only for its intended purpose — training football intelligence and tracking development. You will not misuse the service to harass others, upload harmful or unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or interfere with its operation. Coaching scenarios and learning content are owned by READPLAY and provided for your personal use only.

READPLAY provides educational football scenarios and feedback to support development. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or psychological guidance. Always follow the guidance of your qualified coaches and medical professionals. You accept the activity you do on the pitch is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or if required to protect other users or the service. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings, which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

READPLAY is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced in the app and posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
